Katrina Stark-Bezerra - Founder

Hi guys! My name is Katrina and I created The Soul Project back in 2016 when I realised there was a huge need for a mainstream health program that contained a bit more soul! I’m also our Executive Marketing Director.

I had gone through my own journey, including many pitfalls, and always relied on my mindfulness and spiritual practice to help me find inner peace and happiness in my own health. When I entered the wellness industry I found lots of amazing programs that focused on our physical health, but was still seeing people leave dissatisfied.

I felt a huge calling to create our own and since then have achieved a client base of thousands all over the world! We successfully help so many align their mind, body + spirit to produce a happier, healthier life!

I am a hippie at heart but I also have a keen eye for business, love to explore, raise my beautiful girls consciously and spend my free time with my gorgeous husband.

I can’t wait to meet you somewhere in your travels through our program. x

Our Leadership Team

I love helping women find their way home to themselves through health, purpose, and legacy. After many years as a Health and Physical Education teacher, my own journey led me to The Soul Project, where everything began to align more deeply. Today, I support women who are ready to reconnect with who they truly are, create vibrant health, and step into a meaningful next chapter. At the heart of everything I do is family. I am a proud mother of three adult children and a devoted Grandma to two beautiful grandsons who I love with all my heart.

Rob is the calm in the chaos, the steady hand behind the scenes, and the guy who makes everything feel a little more grounded just by being in the room - mainly because he keeps his wife solid lol. With a background in finance and a natural ability to see the big picture, Rob brings logic, structure and stability to The Soul Project — without ever dulling the magic. He’s deeply values-led, wildly supportive, and believes wholeheartedly in building a life that works for real people, not just on paper. Whether he’s helping shape long-term vision, supporting systems, or simply reminding everyone to breathe and zoom out, Rob is here to make sure this mission is sustainable, ethical, and built to last.

Hello, I’m Greg! The simplicity and easy access to optimum nutrition inside this program really got me - I’m a huge advocate of heathy living and fitness from an early age so this whole family approach sat well. The Soul Project has a program that makes it easy to embrace all aspects of what we need on a daily basis and I’m so passionate about helping our clients meet a next level way of living each and every day.

I’m Vicki, a music teacher and wellness ambassador with The Soul Project. What began as a desire for more freedom and abundance in my own life has grown into a deep commitment to supporting others. Over the past nine years, I’ve helped people improve their health, energy, and confidence while creating lives that feel more aligned and fulfilling. Through a blend of education, compassion, and holistic wellness, I support people to move forward in a way that feels achievable, grounded, and genuinely supportive

I'm Kelly ~ FNQ mamma to one. I joined The Soul Project in early 2024, and I can honestly say it is the best decision I've ever made! Like most of us here, I was looking for "more". More time, more money, more freedom, more ability. I was facing returning to work in my corporate job, and putting my daughter into care. I couldn't do it, and so began searching for something that would let me earn on my terms. What I found was that, and more. The ability to create an income around my life; a community of women who hold space, lift each other up, and cheer each other on; a health journey, health of mind, body and soul, that I've realised is never ending; and the ability to reach other women and help them do the same. I have found my space, my soul-tribe, my sister-hood here, and I am blessed. xx

The Soul Project has been part of my life for over four years, through seasons of growth, burnout, change, and rebuilding. It’s a space that reflects how I live and what I value now — honesty over perfection, consistency over extremes, and compassion over self-criticism. My own journey has taught me that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder or pretending everything is fine. It comes from learning to listen to yourself, slowing down when needed, and rebuilding in a way that’s sustainable — mentally, physically, and emotionally. The Soul Project isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about stripping back what no longer fits, reconnecting with who you are, and giving yourself permission to grow at your own pace. This space exists for real people, in real life, doing the best they can — and learning to trust themselves along the way

Hey, I’m Tammy I’ve been part of The Soul Project for over 7 years and am deeply passionate about holistic, food-first health and supporting women to live more nourished, aligned lives. I’m a mama, grandmother, and homestead-loving soul who believes wellness should feel simple, grounded, and sustainable .. l not overwhelming or restrictive. I love guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their power, while creating income and freedom in a way that honours family and energy. For me, The Soul Project is about community, integrity, and ripple effects .. helping women feel supported, empowered, and confident as they step into healthier, more intentional lives.

Hi, I’m Christina! I’m a movement artist and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience. Like many creatives, there came a time when I realised that even doing what I love didn’t always mean I felt as vibrant as I wanted to — or as supported financially as I needed. I began searching for a way to nourish my body, honour my values, and create an income stream that could genuinely support my passion for dance without compromising my integrity. That’s when The Soul Project entered my life — not as a business plan, but as a deeply aligned path. The heart-driven women, the supportive environment, and the shared commitment to mind–body–soul wellbeing showed me I was exactly where I needed to be. I now love bringing movement, rhythm and soulful connection into people’s lives, while supporting others to nourish their health and explore more aligned ways of living through The Soul Project.

Christina Monneron

I’m a passionate mother of three who deeply values good nutrition and building holistic health from the inside out, nurturing body, mind and spirit. With over 25 years’ experience as an educator of children, it's my mission to positively impact people's lives and inspire learning & growth. As a qualified counsellor, my heart is to walk alongside women where they’re truly at — with a special heart to empower those who have experienced unhealthy or abusive dynamics in relationships. I love to help people support their health and nutrition in simple, sustainable ways day by day, while also creating flexible income opportunities that honour family life and personal priorities. I believe deeply in hope, healing, and building a life where dreams remain possible.

I love The Soul Project because it meets people where they are. It supports real life, real bodies, and real nervous systems. After years of pushing through chronic fatigue, pain, and stress, I needed something that worked with my body, not against it. The Soul Project gave me simple, consistent support, a community that actually cares, and a way to rebuild my health and my income at my own pace. It aligns with how I live, how I heal, and why I do what I do. It is not about quick fixes, it is about feeling nourished, supported, and capable again.

Janie Rourke

I’m a mum of two, a finance and human resources professional, and a funeral celebrant — roles that have taught me how much our health, energy and wellbeing shape every part of life. I’m passionate about supporting people to care for their health in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and fits real life. As a health and wellness ambassador, I’m drawn to simple, wholefood-based support that helps people feel more energised, nourished, and steady through busy seasons and big transitions. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me camping, buggy riding, travelling, cheering on hockey, or spending time with my family. I believe living well is about balance — caring for your body, enjoying life, and having the energy to show up for what matters most.
